<description>&lt;p&gt;No joke sam...  The fact that there isnt a reliable public transport (meaning rail, and bus) to LAX is insane.  Its an issue that has been debated over and over.  They (meaning the govt.) will attempt superficial improvements here and there spending waaaay more money than is necessary instead of addressing the issue, saving money, and making it easier for locals (and tourist) to get around our fair city.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;they might reason that funding the airport would make our city look more welcoming and pretty for tourists, but im pretty sure tourists would also rather have a reliable public transportation system in place...

but knowing our government we will get a pretty airport that causes construction/traffic delays in the area...&lt;/p&gt;</description>
