There are always a bunch of selfish idiots that park to run to the ATMs at the Wells Fargo and B of A on Sunset near Vine - blocking the right lane - during peak rush afternoon hour. They totally fuck up the commute down Sunset. It is especially annoying because both of those banks have free parking structures right there - these people are just too self-involved to use them. I know I may sound like a jerk but I am glad they are enforcing this. Go Tigers!</p>
