A good week in music, no doubt. Besides those mentioned in the headline, special attention should be paid to Eli "Paperboy" Reed & The True Loves, who plays tonight at Spaceland and at Amoeba Music tomorrow. If you like If you like Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings (review), then you'll love him. They'll be joining Mezzanine Owls at their weekly residency tonight. And since it's Monday, that means free. Rawk.

Also of note for this holiday weekend is the 22nd Annual Jazz Reggae Festival at UCLA with headliners The Roots and Stephen Marley.

HAIM will be playing a free show tomorrow night over at the Key Club as part of Ruby Tuesdays along with Django James and the Midnight Squires [MySpace] and Monte Negro [MySpace]. Doors open @ 8:00 P.M.
