Whew! It's looking to be another hot one today! Nonetheless, the events go on (festivals for today are listed here, and more events here).

As mentioned earlier, over at the All Star Lanes in Eagle Rock, it's prom night with Fol Chen and Castledoor. It's free and the bowling is cheap (8 p.m. Bands, 10:00 p.m., Dancing)

Before that is the weekly Grand Ole Echo at none other than The Echo. It's a country Sunday BBQ with alt-country music booking. This week features Stonehoney, Leslie & the Badgers, Band Of Annuals, BP Restaurant, American Babies. (5 p.m. followed by Part-Time Punks at 10 p.m.)
