Fashion, Statement: Taco Truck Tees

CarneAsadaTacoTruckTShirt.jpgA slogan is only words until it makes it on a t-shirt.

This morning we cottoned on (get it? groaaaaan!) to the pro-taco truck tee that's now up for sale via York Blvd, the NELA-based blog. You can buy the 100% cotton tee via their online store (SaveOurTacoTrucks.org also directs you to the York Blvd online store).

With 5-7 days shipping you might not get it in time to wear it to Thursday night's Zocalo "Remember the Taco Truck!" panel, but you sure can don it to go on a taco truck gastro-venture of your own (read our guide!). And, hey, props for making it black, because when you're slurping up saucy taco goodness on your two feet (often late at night) spillage and stainage are legit concerns.

No doubt Linds... I put in an order for two of those. The whole taco truck fiasco sucks. I wear my feelings on my chest.

I love these shirts. So bummed they are the Heavyweight Tees. That's a deal breaker for me. They are too bulky and heavy. Rats!
