30 RockBye-bye Robert Redford - Sundance Channel is being bought by Cablevision. Why "bye-bye"? Because even though Redford will remain "involved", he will not have an ownership stake and without ownership Redford will essentially be a figurehead.

Hey, you thought you could move to a Caribbean island and join a start-up engaging in shady media practices like Valence Media's TorrentSpy and think you could get away with it indefinitely? TorrentSpy was one of those "we don't pirate copyrighted media, we just point people to where they can get it" ventures until they were shut down in March - yesterday they were presented with a judgement of $111 million in damages by a federal judge in LA. Valence Media has, shockingly, declared bankruptcy.

8:00pm Survivor: Micronesia -- Fans vs. Favorites CBS - This is the last regular episode before Sunday's finale - the ladies get all sexy.

8:00pm Ugly Betty ABC - Christina finally finds out who fathered the baby she's carrying for Wilhelmina.

8:00pm Hear and Now HBO - A couple, deaf since birth, decides to have cochlear implant surgeries at age 65. This documentary gives us their perspective and their daughter's.

8:30pm Scrubs NBC - Season Finale. Technically this is the series finale as far as NBC is concerned because "Scrubs" will be heading to ABC where I hope they can revive it. This was a very funny show just a few seasons ago but has really become a caricature of itself.

9:00pm The Office NBC - Michael sets up a booth at a job fair at Pam's alma mater to hire a summer intern.

9:30pm 30 Rock NBC - Season Finale. (Already? No way!) Is Liz pregnant? TV Junkie Pick O' The Night

10:00pm Lost ABC - Locke finds out where Jacob's cabin is

11:30pm The Colber(t) Repor(t) COMEDYCENTRAL - Arianna Huffington guests

11:30pm The Late Show With David Letterman CBS - Bawbawa Walters, Cobie Smulders, Magicians: Penn and Teller

12:35am Late Night With Conan O'Brien NBC - Seth Meyers, Sophia Bush, Tokio Hotel perform
