TV Junkie: Monday

How I Met Your MotherHope everyone had a great weekend with or without your TVs. Not much industry stuff of note today other than Variety pounding on the drums for the SAG contracts to move towards resolution. The two parties have met 17 times so far and still the June 30th date gets closer. Can you imagine meeting 17 times with someone and not having reached some kind of compromise?

7:30pm The Assassination of Richard Nixon IFC - (2004) This is a pretty good drama, definitely the movie pick for the night, wtih: Sean Penn, Don Cheadle, and Naomi Watts

8-10:00pm The Big Bang Theory/How I Met Your Mother/Two and a Half Men/Rules of Engagement CBS - The unblinking eye's Monday night comedy line-up.

8:00pm Gossip Girl CW -Blair and Jenny spread malicious/scandalous/etc. rumors about each other

9:00pm Dirty Jobs: Aerial Tram Greaser DISCOVERY - Mike helps maintain and repair a tram that's 8,500 feet above ground (nightmare inducing for some... including me)

10:00pm The Hills MTV - Tension (of all things) builds between Lo and Audrina. Stephanie kicks Spencer out... finally.

11:00pm The Daily Show With Jon Stewart COMEDYCENTRAL - Senator Harry Reid's got some s'plainin' to do

11:30pm The Late Show With David Letterman CBS - Top Ten List with Hillary Clinton (the Top Ten Reasons for her to drop out?)
Jimmy Kimmel, This week is "Magicians Week" and tonight it's: Magician, Lance Burton, Jimmy Eat World performs

12:35am The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson NBC - Hugh Laurie, Michael Starr
