At first when I read that I thought, "That sounds like an awesome gig." Then I realized that they're looking for a web developer, a web designer, and a video editor. Three jobs all in one position. To top it off, they're only paying 40-50k? It's ludicrous. Especially given that they're looking for someone that knows Flash. Any Flash developer that knows anything will demand a MINIMUM of 70k. Even if they just want junior level, the minimum is 50k. Are they hoping that they'll just wind up with some die-hard fan that will work for such little money in the hopes that they will get to meet Trent Reznor? I call shenanigans.</p>
