<description>&lt;p&gt;Wow re: the Franchise Tax Board report...

The article says the median income for LA County is $30,822; do the math and it breaks down to half of people living and filing in the county making about $14.80/hr and less.  

So what&apos;s going on?  Because that isn&apos;t acceptable.      Ya know how we talk about those people struggling paycheck to paycheck, its not a minority, its at least half of us, myself included.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
