/faceplant to palms Can probably only see those over 6 feet tall from his/her Chevy Suburban (or high horse). That or he/she commutes at 5am just before the 8 or so different bus lines that run through there start dumping their passengers at that intersection. 3 people crossing that intersection, sure - and I suppose Rudolf gets you to work huh.

PinLA, are you kidding? Have you only looked out the window 3 times in the past 20 years? Even anecdotally, on the half dozen times I've been to the Sherman Oaks Galleria at lunchtime, I've seen packs of pedestrians crossing 3 abreast, from all 4 corners.

I have seen maybe three pedestrians crossing that intersection in the past twenty years. So you are proposing a diagonal crosswalk that will impede traffic even more?
