I hate Father's Office and will never go back there again.

They have by far the best burger in LA. The food is incredible, and the beer selection is tops. The servers there know their stuff.

What I couldn't stand was the stupid no host, no reservation policy. Every time I've been it was so crowded that you have to hover over a table and grab it as soon as people get up. Then you spend the rest of your meal with other people doing the same thing to you. The moment you whip out your credit card to pay, a flock of people rushes over to stand over your table. I literally had someone's elbow poking me in the neck during my meal because people were packed in so tightly waiting for an open table. Much of this could be solved with a hostess taking names and seating people, but the owner has chosen instead to let everyone fight it out.

I'll stick to the Counter and Apple Pan for burgers, thanks.
