Not in an electoral sense perhaps, but CA has always been the ATM machine for both national parties.

Also beware of GOPers bearing initiatives. 

They tried really hard to get enough signatures to get an initiative on the ballot that would have split up CA&apos;s electoral votes by Congressional district. 

They may have failed this time around but look for them to try, try, again.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
