Nope, sorry guys. Driving while on your phone is dangerous, annoying, and makes everybody's commute slower. I fully support these fines. I'm sure they'll make some amendments for driving while texting as well. Get a fucking ear piece and shut up already you spoiled little babies.

My pet peeve is that cell phone drivers don't use turn signals because their other hand is busy. That and when that certain cell hone user was a deer in the headlights with one of my Orange Line busses. I wish I whipped out my camera faster, never caught it.

We might as well pull cell phone users over, slap them on the wrist and say "Have a nice day!" for all the use a $20 fine and no points is going to deter them.
