I have to third this recommendation. I got so desperately hooked on their chilaquiles that i had to go to therapy to ease me off. Seriously, try their chilaquiles with green sauce (or ask for half green, half red!). I usually add egg when i'm there for breakfast (served all day) and a side of fresh, hand-made tortillas and a cafe de la holla (sweet mexican coffee) to sip on. But they have quite a few hearty options to feast on. My mate loves the huevos rancheros, and we've been aching to try their salad once the weather gets warmer.

Here's a link to their menu:

I have to second this recommendation. I so rarely go to the Farmers Market anymore (so busy am I enjoying the Fascist-clean air of downtown Burbank) that when I do go at dinnertime, I only visit Loteria. Of course if it's lunchtime, I'll be having either the chicken pot pie at Du-Par's or the jambalaya at the Gumbo Pot.
