Good point Scarlet. But really, for a festival that used to celebrate "indie rock" and had the ability to bring back the bands that made "indie rock" possible (i.e. Bauhaus, Pixies, Kraftwerk, Prodigy) it really has jumped the shark. AEG inspired acts like Jack Johnson, Prince, Rage Against The Machine, Madonna have done nothing but allow them to raise ticket prices and defeat what really made it so special in the first place.

"Never went and going to keep it that way." How can you call it over-priced and over-rated if you have never been and never intend to go? For those of us that have been going and have put up with the heat, hassles, and prices, it is well worth it for the amount of talent you see, the friends you make, and the experience you have. I can't wait for Friday.

All I'm reading are more reasons why i will never go to this festival. It just seems like its one long three day traffic filled hassle with an indy soundtrack.
