I just logged onto this spa week site because I've been interested in getting my first-ever facial, and I was hoping this would get me a good deal on one. As best I can tell, the spa week deal means you're supposed to collect receipts from any spa treatments you get and get a gift certificate in exchange. There's no special deals during spa week.

Also - am I the only one horrified that every spa is pushing microdermabrasian and chemical peels? I know this is LA and all, but I just want a facial to get rid of a few blackheads and it seems like all these places are focusing on are gateway procedures to plastic surgery.
