What is everyone going to get for conserving water? Higher water bills. How about if we can conserve water without the fear of price hikes due to our stellar efforts?

something the city could do to help their goal in the future... allowing multi-unit property owners to individually meter units and have tenants pay their water bill? that could go a long way in helping people realize how much water they are using/wasting.

low flow toilets, if you dont' want to set it up, get a small bottle or 2, fill it up with sand, and drop it into the tank. less water will flush out, and i like this method better since you can set how much water will flush out, some of those low flow toilets don't do a good job and leave a nice odor... get some high pressure/efficiency faucets too.
