<description>&lt;p&gt;Not just in the hills, folks. Try the ever-lovely Valley Village. In my apartment building, all the rent checks go into a wall-mounted upright mailbox -- which was broken into last week.  Somehow the management didn&apos;t notice the box was tampered with and just assumed half the tenants were late with their checks...&lt;/p&gt;</description>
