<description>&lt;p&gt;I once got a ticket for walking during a flashing signal.. it happened last year at the Ventura/Sepulveda intersection. I had plenty of time to cross (the signal had a timer countdown) but the officer was sitting on his bike waiting on the sidewalk, and I assume he was assigned there for that purpose.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
