TV Junkie: Monday - Bush's War

Frontline: Bush's War
Here on the 5th anniversary of the Iraq War with over 4,000 American dead and tens of thousands of Americans wounded PBS' Frontline launches its two-part special "Bush's War". Of course conservative pundits will accuse PBS of being the citadel of the liberal media but Ann Coulter, Sean Hannity, or any of their ilk could never come up with a documented timeline of evidence that illustrate what a completely disgusting mess we're in. The "Bush's War" website will include an annotated master chronology with over 100 video clips and images supporting the 4 hour program.

[Check out Letterman - looks like a good show except for the Counting Crows part]

8:00pm Dancing With the Stars ABC - Two hours of this.

8:00-9:55pm The Big Bang Theory/How I Met Your Mother/Two and a Half Men/The New Adventures of Old Christine CBS - The comedy lineup, take your pick but make sure to switch over to PBS at 9:00pm

9:00pm Frontline: Bush's War PBS/KCET - Part One of Two. TV Junkie Pick O' The Night

10:00pm The Hills MTV - Season Premiere.

9:55pm CSI: Miami CBS - It returns and still no skin cancer for David Caruso.

11:35pm The Late Show With David Letterman CBS - Demi Moore(!!), Anthony Bourdain(!!), the Counting Crows perform

Bush's War part one was a good documentary, very informative.

I had no idea how badly they had rat fucked Colin Powell, even though he went along with plans that he objected to, knew were deeply flawed. To Powell it must have been like watching a train wreck in slow motion.

Amazing to me how much they relied on someone like Amed Chalabi for information when they should have known it was tainted by his ambitions, and personal agenda.

Over all I thought they soft pedaled a lot of it, but I'm still looking forward to part two tonight.

This is where they'll get into all the fuck ups that occured after the invasion.
