I know nothing about Helix Electric...but at this stage of construction, if the building did not yet have a functioning power system (and from what I&apos;ve read/heard they had not even gotten to drywall), whatever work Helix Electric did was not &quot;live&quot;...

&quot;Sparks&quot; fits right in with reports of the fire being caused by a welder...

I&apos;m not trying to defend anyone...just simply saying that your post sounds inflammatory!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
