Elise, she's one of Michael's victims from earlier in the show - he shot her and um, I think what's her name, the former cop woman (the one who keeps getting DUIs in real life)
Its Libby. Ana Lucia was the cop woman and the one who always drives when drunk. Both were killed by Michael when he was freeing Ben.
