Easter Cupcakes! Who Needs Chocolate Eggs?

Yummy Cupcakes in Burbank is serving up Easter specialties this week - Carrot Cream Cheese, Easter Bunny, Easter Basket, and the somewhat unusual Egg Hunt. This LAist favorite bakes up an irresistible "Old School" cupcake, a riff on Hostess Cupcakes. The "Old School" will be featuring a pastel palette of curliques this week. (Open 10am to 3pm Easter Sunday)

Sprinkles is featuring their HOP box, containing Sprinkles' Spring collection, including dark chocolate, brown sugar praline, carrot and vanilla cupcakes decorated with pink and green bunnies. No notice as to Easter hours, but the last day the box will be available will be Sunday the 23rd.

Over at Crumbs in Beverly Hills, just like their St Patrick's special, Easter gets its cupcakes too, some with easter bunnies and eggs on top.

Frosted Cupcakery in Long Beach doesn't specify Easter flavors, but that Toasted Coconut Vanilla Buttercream would do nicely.
