<description>&lt;p&gt;Ha ha, I used to give climbing lessons to little kids there as a college job.  That place is a lot of fun, especially after 7pm on weeknights.  Everyone is very nice and willing to help beginners as well. Much more fun than the meat market-esque, angry gyms around town.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;As a former climber, I&apos;ve been looking for a good indoor climbing wall and I think I just found it. 

If your arms were tired from belaying then you aren&apos;t doing it correctly. The ATC is a friction belay device and that uses friction, and your weight in a minor way, to stop the rope. The only way your arm would be sore is if the climber is constantly leaning back and putting their weight on the rope, which they shouldn&apos;t really do.
