Found In LA: The Kindness of Strangers

Getting a parking ticket just downright blows, agreed? It can be the ultimate day-ruining moment, especially if you're having the proverbial "one of those days" to begin with.

However, LAist Featured Photos Pool contributor faerymkh submitted a shot of the ticket they found on their windshield recently, that had an added message from a thoughtful and anonymous individual. To explain:

A stranger left the message "Bummer that you got a ticket but they suck and you're awesome! Continue loving the world!" Amazingly, their message worked and quelled our anger at the City of LA.
Now how can I get that same kind person to write that message on my student loan bill every month?

Not saying that this is what happened, but that might be a good ploy by the City to get people to feel less bad about paying their tickets....

Or perhaps a guilt-ridden metermaid..
