Well, I'd be real surprised if the owner got the legal guns back. The DEA likes to seize all property even slightly involved with drugs. Plus, no elected official wants to be the person who gives all the "scary" firearms back to the felon.

Actually jrb, don't be too afraid. In their "tweak" state they might actually disassemble the weapons completely (including the trigger mechanisms). As they are wont to with things like TV's and radios. It's when they run out of meth and have guns that are ready is the scary part...

I'm not a big gun loon, and I could care less what they read, but there's something real frightening about a bunch of speed junkies sitting around smoking meth, tweaking their asses off, with guns and ammunition.

1. there's no such thing as an illegal book. it's 2008 not 1984. 2. looks legal to me. i've seen all that at any gun show. maybe a little weird to you or i but not necessarily dangerous.
