<description>&lt;p&gt;kudos to this reporter leo stallworth.  city leaders are so bound by political correctness, how many more lives will be lost before they act rather than just react.  brown vs. black violence just does not resonante with these people because all of them live west of la cienega blvd.  wait til the violence trickles down towards the westside, then perhaps these city leaders will wake up and see that the war on terror should begin with these senseless acts against citizens of los angeles.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
