It would be great if they would have told the truth of where they got their idea and concept from!!! Our Stop Cussin Campaign has been in existence since 2005 and it will not be taken by a father and son for PROFIT.. Let the truth be known visit us as www.stopcussin.com!!! We've not about taking ones right of freedom of speech, however we're about building our communities into a healthier environment. I actually live here in South Pasadena and think this is ridiculous. When the SPPD were harassing me (Thanks Officer Fowler) I practiced my freedom of speech and let him know that stopping me while I walk was complete bullshit. I also used the words "fucking ridiculous." I have no problem using "cuss" words as they enhance your emotions/statements. But for some real funny shit-check out the "NCC" video http://youtube.com/watch?v=HTNv2dOBFJk Supposedly they walk around with those red/orange shirts. I have yet to see one on the street, but if I ever do while I'm driving around, I'll physically express myself by giving them the finger - since yelling out "fuck you" (what I *really* want to say) - will get me a disturbing the peace ticket.

i saw this kid on the news earlier today and i think it's a refreshing change to see a kid trying to do something positive for himself and his friends/school. sorry but i don't see what bible thumpers have to do with this (at least i didn't hear any mention of any of this having a religious aspect from either this post or from seeing the news bit earlier today) and i think it's pretty messed up to call this kid 'screwed up' because he doesn't see a need to cuss. hominycheese, i'm totally with you on that one...and ross, i work right near that corner. i'd have to just dump my whole paycheck into the jar :(

There's something really stupid about a bunch of South Pas teenagers on the Gold Line who replace every other noun, verb, adverb and adjective with "fuck," even when there's a little kid sitting nearby. So, yeah, more power to the guy.
