Did you go to the Santa Ana website? It's pretty much a "how to become a tagger 101" - heck, back in the day, I never thought of wearing gloves to protect my hands. Thanks for the tips, guys!

You know, my kid dresses like this too - but he wears hiking boots to make it easier to get to his shack in the woods - and instead of paint cans he's writing a manifesto - whew, close call.

Oh c'mon, Chuck Taylors are terrible shoes to wear when running away from mall security. and a gray sweater instead of the hoodrat black? Talk about a fashion faux pas.

I was on the bus today and some stupid kids were walking along side and one of them pulls out a can of spray paint and sprays up the side windows... I wanted to jump out grab the little dirty ass and hold him till the cops came. ..but sitting in the bus still I tried calling 911 and yah it was busy...and busy...and busy...Gave up...kid gets away. If I would of pulled out my cam fast enough I would of taken his pic and the next day put up his picture all over the area this took place with the caption "Wanted for tagging up Metro bus with spray paint" ughh stupid kid.

Hey wait, I had a lot of those too: spray paint, the black art book, markers ... oh, I was a tagger. Damn. Come on, they don't make big markers for anything else.

WOW in high school i had three of those things: a hooded sweater, a back pack, and art supplies. I must have been a tagger and didn't even know it !!!

"My son is an artist, he doesn't SNIFF markers!" This just makes me think of that poor woman in Hesperia who tried to stop tagging and got killed for it.

that's hilarious - i totally thought the pic was a joke till i read the article. not like most parents would ever see their "little blessing" as a tagger though, even despite these law enforcers best attempt at letting them know how it really goes down -- "dylan just carries around a can of spray paint because he's such a gifted artist!!"

I thought #2 pencils were for test-taking. Maybe their kid is just huffing paint. Wouldn't that be a relief? I still remember "how to tell your kid is on pot" ...smells like burning rope...
