<description>&lt;p&gt;L.A. elected officials have officerholder accounts that are separate from the monies provided to them by the city. Usually they start as leftover campaign money, but the official can fundraise to add more money to the account. These accounts are used to pay for trips like Tony&apos;s trp to Texas, make charitable contributions and other stuff like that. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
