Paging Reno 911! fans: Robert Ben Garant, who plays Deputy Travis Junior, hosts The Armando Show tonight. (It’s an hour-long improvised comedy show inspired by an audience suggestion). He’ll be joined by a few other Reno castmates: Carlos Alazraqui, Thomas Lennon, Niecy Nash, Kerri Kenney and Cedric Yarbrough.
8 pm // iO West // 6366 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles // $10.
CLASSICAL
The Southwest Chamber Music ensemble performs works of Bach and Gage as part of the group’s season of “Musical Imagination and Color.” Tonight’s program features the Brandenburg Concerti Nos. 4 & 5 and John Cage’s Atlas Eclipticalis. There’s a pre-concert talk at 7:30 pm.

TALK
As part of the Otis Speaks Series (Otis College of Art and Design), there’s a panel discussion tonight on Cultural Representation in the Media, which is being held in conjunction with Justin Guariglia’s photo exhibition, Shaolin: Temple of Zen. Otis Director of Art History Parme Giuntini, Ph.D., is joined by professors Felix Gutierrez, Lena Chao-Young and Clint C. Wilson II to discuss “the role of the media in constructing Asian cultural identity through the prism of historical diversity.”
7:30 pm // Ben Maltz Gallery, Galef Center for Fine Arts // 9045 Lincoln Blvd., Los Angeles // Free.
FILM
Writer/director Eli Roth (Hostel) has been given the keys to the New Beverly, where he’s programming the films for two weeks. The series “The Greats of Roth,” continues with a double-feature of musicals. But don’t expect West Side Story or The Sound of Music. On tap tonight is sci-fi musical The Apple and Stunt Rock, which combines action, magic and music.
7:30 (The Apple) and 9:20 pm (Stunt Rock) // New Beverly Cinema // 7165 W. Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles // $7.
COMEDY
Sarah Silverman’s at Largo tonight, sharing her comedy and Jimmy Kimmel stories. Do you think she’s still f*cking Matt Damon? Do you think she'll say anything now that Jimmy is f*cking Ben Affleck? (Omg, we love these videos!) Of course, the small club’s already booked up for dinner, but bar/standing space is first come, first served.
9 pm // Largo // 432 N. Fairfax Ave., Los Angeles // Call for price.
