<description>&lt;p&gt;As soon as I saw this pic I recognized it from a music video I watched yesterday. Lo and behold I re-watch the video and yes there it is. I checked the credits, and yes it is Ellis Gallagher. You can actually watch him making the piece (and others in the LA area) in the video:

The song is called Paint Me in Your Sunshine by local YouTube star Marié Digby. The video was part of a project called Sound of Color, which I blogged about here:
