Thanks so much for mentioning our big "farewell" party. This is the LAST edition of Best American Erotica, after fifteen years. I was 35 when this started, and I'm turning 50 this spring!

I invited every contributor (there's been about 300!) to come take a bow and talk about "wtf" happened to erotic lit since we started down the yellow brick road. Francesca Lia Block, Lisa Palac, Pam Ward, Trebor Healey, and John Skipp are coming to Skylight, and in Malibu, at Diesel Books, (on Thursday) Kweli Walker and pals are coming. Hope to see you there...
