<description>&lt;p&gt;I grew up in downey too and went trick or treating in that neighborhood (kinda far from my actual neighborhood near gallatin elementary).  The Carpenters were always super nice and they gave out *full* sized candy bars (not mini&apos;s).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
