That's the tricky part. Tickets are handed out just as they stop serving breakfast, so even if you've been in line for awhile and they start handing out the tickets, you have to get out of line, run up and grab a ticket from the ladies behind the counter and then get back in line. The point, I think, is just to make sure everyone already "there" gets served, but anyone arriving after the cut-off time misses out. The lines are never so long that it gets too crazy.
