Torrmoz - A VERY good point and I'm still waiting to hear back on the email I sent to the program asking that very question. The "celebrities" must purchase their solar from BP to be part of the program, but I'm curious if they self-deem themselves celebrities or if there's a panel of some sort that decides.

For the sake of those who get the free solar, I'd hope that the definition of celebrity in this case is very broad.

Any information gathered will be provided in a separate post or as an update.

"when a celebrity purchases a solar panel for his or her own home through BP, a similar panel is donated to a low-income residence."

I wonder who will define who is a "celebrity" for this program?
