Has the New Year got you asking those “life, the universe and everything” kind of questions? If, like me, one of your resolutions in 2008 is to improve your mind, body and spirit, a great place to get busy is at the 6th Annual Conscious Life Expo, which takes place Friday through Sunday at the LAX Hilton.
The Expo features lectures, workshops and intensives presented by nationally and internationally renowned speakers, teachers and authors, as well as, 200+ exhibits on health, nutrition, meditation, transformative arts and global awareness. I’ve attended this convention and there is plenty to do, see and purchase. Expect presentations and discourse to run from Ascended Masters to UFO’s--with every enlightening thing in between.

Friday kicks off with the Conscious Business Symposium, start of the 3 day Conscious Film Festival and, just in time for Valentine’s Day, relationship themed workshops. Tantra anyone?
The focus for Saturday and Sunday is the Integrative Health Symposium where alternative health and holistic practitioners share their wisdom. Get there early Saturday and sign up for a mini-healing session. Stay late for the “Spiritually Incorrect” Comedy revue!
For those fans who are just dieing to meet her, TV star medium, Lisa Williams will be sharing her skills on Sunday and Monday. Sunday night caps the Expo with the Film Festival Awards Ceremony and Reception. And if you didn’t get enough of your favorite speaker over the weekend, selected intensives will follow on Monday.
Keynote Speakers include: John Gray, Dan Millman, Byron Katie, Dr. Eric Pearl, Dr. Raymond Moody, Gay Hendricks, Lisa Williams, Sri Raniji, James Twyman, Sean David Morton, Dannion Brinkley, Vaishali, Linda Mouton Howe, Lynne Andrews, Joe Dispensa, Linda Drake, Sri Ram Kaa and Kira Raa, Monique Guild, Nicki Scully, Jim Maars, David Wilcock, Patrick Harbula, Gene Egidio and many more!
