i used to love this place [class o' 95 bitches!]. btw, the simple explanation for why it's called Jose Bernstein's is because their menu consists of equal parts mexican food and deli food. it's actually quite brilliant if you ask me. oh, and when you're done eating, head across the street for a diddy riese cookie. or 4.
