<description>&lt;p&gt;I still don&apos;t understand how the Commission on the Status of Women, which deals with rape, human trafficking, spousal abuse and HIV amongst other issues can be viewed as a &quot;feel-good&quot; commision by anybody.

This kind of thing isn&apos;t really as important  as building permits:

Support legislation, which would ensure full hospital examination, medical treatment and psychological counseling for victims of rape and sexual assault.

Unless &quot;feel-good&quot; means &quot;it isn&apos;t lucrative&quot;. Development makes money for the city. Rape victims don&apos;t.
