Raul: I totally agree! I order a whole sandwich, then put the all of the catfish on one half of the sandwich and throw the rest of the bread away or feed it to the birds. I tried ordering "double catfish" on my po'boy once and confused the hell out of them.

I was just there on Friday and had a catfish po' boy. It was great except the bread was too thick in proportion to the catfish. Otherwise, yum!

Ah, yeah. Gumbo Pot is yum. Which reminds me, 2 weeks till Mardi Gras @ Farmers Market (Feb 2-5).
