Kitchen Nightmares Restaurant Sebastian's Reputedly Closing

Thank god! That place was god awful! After watching that "Kitchen Nightmares" episode I was shocked at what an asshat the owner was and what he was doing with the food.

Good riddance!

I feel sorry for the guy. I didn't see the entire episode, so I'm not exactly sure what the full "concept" of his menu was, but I am under the impression that it was sort of a mix & match menu. This *could* work--provided that you are using good, tasty, fresh sauces & bases rather than canned and frozen crapola, and choose sauces & bases that go well together. How anyone can compare warming a packaged sauce full of preservatives and artificial flavors to a sauce cooked on the premises using fresh tomatoes, garlic and herbs (and then claim that he's a chef to boot!) is beyond me.

I was sorry,too, that Lela's closed. Once she got rid of the employee that was robbing her blind, I thought she had a real chance.
As for Sebastian? What an arse. He's supposed to have a cooking reality show? Yeah... ok. I have a few titles in mind for him. "20 ways pass frozen microwaved food off as fresh" or "300,000 to waste your wifes money" how about "How to be an actor in the kitchen".

sebastian is not a chef and not a man . sebastian is an immature little boy... i feel sorry for his wife who basically threw all that money down the toilet...microwave should call his mommy on the phone and start crying...microwave is one on the stupidest little boys on planet earth...my pet goldfish is smarter than this idiot.
