Turns out we won't be seeing Kucinich tonight after all. In the end, the Nevada Supreme Court sided with NBC.

Less than an hour before the debate is scheduled to begin, the Nevada Supreme Court has ruled that MSNBC is not required to include candidate Dennis Kucinich in its scheduled Democratic presidential debate.

The court overturned Monday’s ruling by a Nevada district court judge that NBC Universal had breached a contract with Mr. Kucinich when it revoked an invitation to the debate.

Thank goodness he gets to be heard. I've never heard such applause after a candidate answers a question in a primary debate as much as after the debate on 11/15

the format of MSM debates makes them shallow opportunities to exchange ideas. it is fitting that kucinich be allowed to participate b/c he has followed the rules and represents a responsible segment of the party, an msnbc debate does not seem an appropriate setting for his message.
