<description>&lt;p&gt;That is so completely disappointing to hear. The greatness of a museum is still measured by their permanent collection. Especially because I get the impression that LACMA seemed to be courting him over any other benefactor.  This is much sadder than when Lacma lost out on the Klimt painting. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
