2007's Greatest Moment in Sports

The Los Angeles Sports Council has opened voting on the 2007 Greatest Moments in Sports. You can pick one of three moments for each major local team. Click here to get your vote in by January 10.

A media panel will select the overall Top 10, Male Athlete, Female Athlete, and Sports Executive of the Year. All winners will be announced at an awards show on January 20th.

The awards have been given since 1995, when they created an all-time list ranking the 100 greatest sports moments in Los Angeles since 1880. To see LAist's breakdown of the 2006 awards, click here.
