Don't do it ladies! I too was offered to be in Lucky Magazine for their "Lucky Girl" segement that appears in every issue. I was flattered. They FLEW to LA, brought a make up artist and a professional photographer, did the whole photoshoot in my apartment, and never used it. They had chosen me based on my 'rad personal style', but once they arrived, they were disapointed that I didn't own 'that much designer clothing'. I guess 'rad personal style' translates to 'expensive' ?

i think they just mean a shot of just the head/face and a shot of the whole body--not professional shots. but you can contact the coordinators (emails listed in the post) if you would like to know more about the photos.

No one I know outside of the Fashion/Acting/Music/PR realm actually has had head & body shots professionally done. Unless high school yearbook photos qualify. Ooh, could bathroom mirror self-portraits count? Like, MySpace-style?
