She's Crafty

Still haven’t found the perfect gift for that hard-to-buy-for kinky family member? Not sure what to get for the Samantha Jones of your group? Or just broke, and would sooner choke on a reindeer cookie than knit another scarf? There’s hope yet—and thank the gods of crafting, it doesn’t involve mastering a new sweater pattern.

This Friday, Babeland, L.A.’s loveable educational sex toy store, will offer up Craftnight. Hosted by Julianna Parr—or “JP the Craft Captain”—Craftnight has taught adventurous sex enthusiasts how to make bedazzled handcuffs and cock cozies in the past, and Friday’s participants will leave with a homemade tickler.

Babeland has been dropping knowledge about fun, safe sex on L.A.’s curious love-makers ever since they opened over two years ago. We covered their fellatio class back in October, and were very impressed not just with their masterful technique, but with their…um…balls…in making giving good head a comfortable, accessible topic for the masses.

So don’t despair over your unpurchased gifts. Craftnight will let you check at least one of your horny friends off your list, and really, nothing says holiday cheer like the good times promised by a brand spanking new grown-up toy.

Craftnight at Babeland
Friday, December 7
7:30pm

Babeland is cool, but have you been to the Pleasure Chest? Drooool...

Pics/Review to come as soon as I can go back =)

The leader of Babeland's occasional Craft Nights (J.P. the Craft Captain) is awesome. She's out to bring crafts to the masses who insist "I'm just not good at crafts." Akbar in Silverlake hosts her weekly Craft Nights on Wednesday nights.

Are you kidding? The Pleasure Chest is so sleezy - bla! Babeland's cute, classy, and HOT.
