Barack in LA Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama is scheduled to make a stop in Los Angeles Monday at the Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal City Walk.

Yup, that's right, the Goo Goo Dolls. Nothing says, fresh and young like a (very white) band whose biggest hit might have been when Bill Clinton was still in office.

Perhaps his campaign makes up for that with Ne-Yo, whose black and Chinese heritage may just embody the kind of kind of cross cultural heritage Obama, who was born to a Kenyan father and white American mother hopes to sell.
