James Jean Signing at Gallery Nucleus Tonight!

If you're itching to get out tonight, maybe start your weekend a little early, I highly suggest heading over to Gallery Nucleus (map) tonight for a special signing by James Jean in honor of the release of his new art book Process Recess 2: Portfolio. James Jean is one of the finest illustrators out there right now, his art looking more like something out of a renaissance painting. The part that's going to make you jealous? He's only 28.

His best known project was probably for the band My Chemical Romance, creating the artwork for their newest album, The Black Parade. His credits include work for clients like Time Magazine, The New York Times, Rolling Stone, ESPN, Playboy, and many others. He's also responsible for the monthly cover of the comic book Fables, put out by DC Comics.

The signing goes from 7 till 10pm tonight. There will also be a limited edition print created for the signing, as well as free drinks.
