to be fair to porn, spoon, may i suggest youre renting the wrong stuff. dontcha think if it were really dull and depressing it would be as popular as it is? indeed, one might call mainstream films dull and depressing. may i suggest vivid-alt, which we tip our hats to on LAist from time to time. the popular studio called Private, if you like supermodel-quality Eurowomen engaging in behavior that is the furthest thing from dull. or anything by Andrew Blake if you like slow motion, totally babed-up, glamour in mansions. for starters.

Never combine the topics of Bruce Willis and porn, you hurt my brain. Can't recall the name of that movie where we got to see lil Bruce... Ew. I think it's only polite to hide ones porn. Illicit is more fun anyhow. Although in fairness to Optimus Prime, most of it isn't erotic so much as really dull and depressing.

Maybe they hide it because a lot of it is so bloody oppressive, violent and disgusting. Maybe they hide it because a lot of us are really not okay with it. And maybe they need to start reading some Robert Jensen.

my best friend keeps his porn with is regular dvds. it's great to see the look on people's faces when they visit him and browse his dvd collection. :)
