<description>&lt;p&gt;Speaking as one of the many &quot;below the line&quot; peeps who is going to potentially have their income drastically affected by this, I support the WGA.

The studios are screwing us all on wages.  More and more each year.  The worst part is they need look no further than their own top heavy corporate structures to find the source of their ills.  As far as I&apos;m concerned, the writers are doing us all a favor by standing up.  I only hope the other guilds will follow suit when appropriate.

Of course, ratings are shite these days and reality tv has a major foothold, so I really hope this doesn&apos;t go on for too long.  The WGA needs to do a better job of rallying public support.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
